Laugh While You Learn!

Judi Clements speaks about effective management.

Judi Clements is not your ordinary training and development professional. She combines her skills as a trainer with her years of theater, media, and stand-up comedy experience to bring a dynamic blend of learning and laughter to all her management courses. Trainees stay engaged and energized in Judi's interactive management courses and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Trainees enjoy Judi's programs because of their interactivity, media, and humor. As one participant described it, "We laughed while we learned!." Judi's original "Team Interaction Method” puts teams together to participate in interactive training activities that give hands-on practice and combine learning with job relevancy & fun.

She is a NYS certified teacher, trained mediator, and qualified Myers Briggs ® Personality Type facilitator. Judi has worked with many organizations on both a short-term and long-term basis to improve employee performance and develop managers. She has assisted in-house trainers with developing corporate universities, management development programs, and compliance training.
